Step 1. Open the signing email
Open the email you received from your Plan Manager with the subject “Please sign: [Document Name]”.
The email will include a short message from the sender and a Review & Sign Document button.
Step 2. Open the document
Click Review & Sign Document to open the document.
Alternatively, you can copy the provided signing link and paste it into your browser.
The document will open in a new browser tab, where you can review the document and complete the required fields.
Step 3. Fill in the required fields and adding your Signature
You’ll see the fields you need to complete highlighted on the document, for example in the screenshot below:
Signature
Date
Name
Email
Mobile
The number at the top-right shows how many fields are still remaining to be completed.
Click each field and enter the required information.
Adding your signature
When you click the Sign here field, you’ll be given a few options for adding your signature.
You can:
Type your name and choose a signature style
Draw your signature
Upload an existing signature from your device
Once you’re happy with your signature, select Use signature to add it to the document.
Step 4. Complete and sign
Once you have filled in all required fields, review your information to make sure everything is correct.
When you’re ready, click Complete & Sign in the top-right corner of the screen.
Confirmation
A confirmation message will appear to let you know that the document has been successfully signed.
If there are other people who still need to sign the document, the signing process will continue until all required signatories have completed their fields.
Once all signatories have signed, you’ll receive another email confirming that the document has been completed.
A copy of the signed PDF will also be attached to this email for your records.
A few helpful reminders :
Make sure you complete all fields assigned to you.
Only the assigned signatory can fill in and sign their fields.
Before leaving the page, make sure you have clicked Complete & Sign.
