How to Verify Your Bank Details (For Providers)

If a Plan Manager has sent you a Bank Details Verification request, you can securely verify or update your banking details by completing the online verification form.

Step 1: Open the Bank Details Verification email

Check your inbox for an email titled Bank Details Verification.

Open the email and click Verify Bank Details.

Step 2: Accept the Terms

You'll be taken to the secure Bank Account Details Verification form.

Select whether you are:

  • No – I'm completing this for myself, or

  • Yes – I'm completing this on behalf of someone else (if you are authorised to do so).

Once selected, click Continue.

Step 3: Choose how you'd like to verify your bank details

You can verify your bank details using one of two methods:

Option 1: Verify with ConnectID (Recommended)

Click Verify with ConnectID.

A panel will open where you can choose your identity provider.

Currently supported identity providers:

  • ANZ Plus will direct you to the ANZ Plus verification flow, where you'll follow the prompts in your banking app.

  • CommBank will display a QR code for you to scan using the CommBank app to complete verification.

Once you've completed the verification with your selected bank, you'll automatically return to the verification form.

Option 2: Enter your bank details manually

If you don't wish to use ConnectID, you can manually enter your bank account details.

Complete the following required fields:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Account Number

  • BSB

Once all required fields have been completed, click Submit Form.

Step 4: Verification complete

After successfully submitting your bank details, you'll see a Verification Complete confirmation page.

Your Plan Manager will then review the submitted information before updating your banking details.
